You can always approach and draft a written complaint with the higher authorities of the investigating officer. And if you wish to go legal then a case can also be filed against him/her under section 166 IPC and also under abetment of a criminal offence. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
If you have been acquired from this case and you have conclusive evidences in your favour than u need to get FIR registered against the concerned officers u/s 211 ipc, 500 ipc etc, if police don’t do FIR then u need to application u/s 156(3) to the concerned court …u must hire expert advocate for the same
Details are required to be examined to suggest remedy. under given circumstances you are firstly require to apply for regular bail and thereafter to get FIR quashed. merely because statements are in favour does not acquit you nor same prove your innocence unless court order does not speak so. go legallyznd strategically. there are several remedies depending g upon facts of case.
Give a detailed complaint in writing to the DCP concerned. If the DCP chooses not to act on the erring officials, you will be well within your right to move the jurisdictional court concerned under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to seek a direction from the court for registration of FIR
