Though It doesn't end your career but I am not sure about your profession. In any case the video available with that person can be used by him only to threaten you or maybe spoil your reputation. The only recourse available to you is to file a complaint with the police.

Being physical does not tag you as a prostitute, you can be physical with as many people as you want as many times as you want, that is your wish, as long as it does not involve exchange of money.
The option available to you is to approach the local police and ensure that prompt action is taken so that the video is not circulated, and how sure are you that a video exists.

Don't worry at all Madam... Having relationship with someone doesn't mean that one become Prostitute...

That person cannot prove the same and even he didn't share any objectionable Video or and Pic with anyone. It is a crime.

All this will not effect your career at all.
