Internation trip for holidays during pending criminal case

Hi,
There is one pending criminal case on me. Charges are 279 and 304A. I renewed the passport after taking the permission from court. Can i travel abroad for the holidays for couple of days. What documents i have to submit to the court?
If court gives approval, then does court provide any document which can show the same at the time of immigration?
Query perused. Yes you can travel abroad after seeking permission from the Court. For that purpose you have to move an application before the court where the matter is pending. Application should be supported by an affidavit and visa to show that you have sought tourist visa. In response to your query. Ordinarily, unless there is an express bar by way of a court order banning you from travelling abroad, you are entitled to travel without informing court. However, regardless by way of caution, it would be in your better interest to inform court nonetheless. File an application seeking permission for leave for the tentative date of leaving and return along with return tickets. For additional documents please feel free to contact me.
