Institution for clat preparation had taken 40000rs as a fee and give me a receipt later I found that the receipt was not the original one,they teach in very unproper way without giving us material and loginI'd portal when all of us went to them for all the problems that we faces the teacher whom take our fee, who was not the head he is under the head of the institute.They just misleading us that they'll give material and portal after some time.Then after that they said we are not their students

The best available remedy available for you is to lodge an FIR in the concerned police station having jurisdiction,if in any case the police officer refuses to write an FIR,send the similar report to the SP clubbing all the documents that you posses,for further steps which are ought to be taken,you may consult me

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a FIR against the institute in your nearest police station. after filling of FIR please persue for chargesheet and thereafter persue the matter in the concerned court.
