Hi a false case of rape has been filed against me by a girl and her intent is to spoil my life, Can I get married now? I have taken bail and case is running in court and I am attending the proceedings regularly.
Dear sir
You can get married but you may have to face further troubles in your life. Better wait till rape case is closed after undergoing trail but it takes 3-4years . If you have merits then approach High Court under section 482 crpc by engaging a reputed advocate and get quashed such charge sheet stating that it was consesful sex .
