Info abt 498a court proceedings …………….

It’s been 8mnths i file to case in my husband nd in-laws abt 498a nd some other section but I’m not recive any court summons till now.. what I supposed to do??

first write the query clearly i am unable to understand properly. it's ok according to your problem you need to go to the court where you lodged a suit then you go to the enquiry counter or help line centre and ask regarding your case status by showing the case details.
