Indian Penal Code (IPC) 1860, specifically 323, 324, 327, 34, 504, 506. Where this offence against me which are totally wrong this case was filled against me case is pending then can I got court clerk and government employee

Yes, You can write the Civil Services exam. Keep all your case papers safely for future requirements if any. Once you check with the local police station that your case is closed. After getting selected in Govt Service for clerk and government employee, you need to submit a police clearance certificate,

Mere pendency of a criminal case under IPC Sections 323, 324, 327, 34, 504, 506 does not automatically disqualify you from becoming a court clerk or government employee. However, selection depends on service rules, nature of allegations, stage of the case, and verification outcome. If charges are serious or moral turpitude is involved, appointment may be kept on hold or cancelled. If you are acquitted or case is quashed, it strengthens your eligibility. You must disclose the pending case truthfully in the verification form; suppression itself can lead to rejection.

If you mean whether you can become a government employee? The chances are less because normally they do a background verification and if a criminal case is pending, it is unlikely that they would give you the job.
