Incident took place on 8 march ( HOLI). Both the neighbor got in the fight and the victim got 19 stitches in the head.Although it was from a stick and the intention wasnt to hurt. Now both the parties have compromised and ready to file an application for quashing the fir. what matter here is that the accused has filed for anticipatory bail in session court and high court where he got rejected. Both are parties are ready to co-operate but the lawyer is trying to misguide them in order to take more money from them. What exactly is the next step?nnCase was filed under ipc 307 , 34nnnNote : the victim hasn't filed in the court. It was accused who filed an anticipatory bail in session court and high court where he got rejected bcz someone misguided him

Quashing of FIR can only be done through the High Court. You can execute a settlement deed and in that agreement you can write if any compensation is required to be exchanged. And then all the relevant papers along with their true typed and true translated copies will be attach. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Even if the bail got rejected you may place the quashing application at High court and take I/o under confidence ! This is the only option ! If advocate is mid guiding then better change the advocate ! All the best n b in touch
