In laws putting false cases without their daughter's consent

I am married in 2013 but my wife and I decided to live with their home,then January 2016 we decided to live with each other after a week my father in law logged FIR on me under section 365 366 after that I am arrested my wife give 164 statement where she said that she lived with me with their own decision with out any force and she loved me on behalf of that FR act my case dismissed and they take my wife then I file habeas corpus where court order to bring my wife in court my wife said that she performed marriage with out any pressure then court said to live with their husband but she said she want to live with her mother & father after that court said that she was major she lived where she want case dismissed,.. I want what should I do that their family don't do her marriage to some one else at least several year in short I am only want to engaged her with my relation
