In laws came to my house with goons and bouncers

They slapped, thrashed and abused me and my parents (senior citizens) publicly for hour. Then they went to area PS and wife filed a false complaint, they bribed the ASI as without even listening to my side he called me and put me in jail for 3 hrs. I filed a case against inlaws and wife, but they are claiming that they were not there that day. I don't have any recordings, medicals for that day. Can the MM ask for their phone locations? how is it to be proven that they were there?

make witness who were present at that time and also collet CCTV footage if present anywhere and yes court can order for locations... mind sahi ho jayega unka and what's name of that police station?..contact for any kind of free legal advice..
