dear Client, Sabse pehle aapko high court me aur jhuthe case dalne per rok lagwani chahiye. HIgh court me ek case lagao, jis me naye daale jaane wale case per rok lagao. Second, phir aap SSP ke pas ya IG ke paas enquiry lagao aur proof do, or sabhi case wapis ho jayege, agar aap sache ho to.

You have to follow proper procedure. File enquiry before senior officer of the police or get some directions from the concerned high court. Without special circumstances and subsequent events you cannot get bail by filing application again and again

Madam I do not know whether you have applied bail in High Court or not and how many time you have applied for Bail ,.,. you have to prove the absence of your fiance from the place of incident with the strict proof of the snap clicked while marriage of brother of your fiance and provide the location details to the court that while incident your fiance was not available there .,.,., All these thing are the matter of evidence at the time of trial but may help as a hope if your previous applications were rejected .,.,.,
