In case, when accused, forcefully made victim to left Mohali city and transfer to Rohtak. In such case, Rohtak police officer asking Victim to go back to Mohali city, by sending complaint back to Mohali is itself proof that Rohtak police officer doing IPC 506 crime on Victim, which have 2 years of imprisonment punishment. Is that right?

It is good if the victim files the criminal complaint in the police station of her jurisdiction because it would be very convenient for the victim to proceed the criminal case against the accused person.
