Hi. You will have to take bail which will be regular bail from court directly on the day you appear after issuance of summons. The court will direct for a surety of an amount as decided by the court. We can connect for discussion

When an FIR has been registered against you under sections 498A, 406 and 34, you will have to get bail from the concerned court. It doesn't matter whether an arrest is needed or not. But for your safety you will have to take surety.
