In 2021 i took a 1bigha jamin on rent which had a gypsum and it was sc land and i belong to obc . But it was a fraud and i was shown the good land which had a gypsum but which i got did not even have that gypsum quality and same quantity . This was a fraud by that person and i paid 2lakh to that person.Legally he can not sell that gyspum because this is a mineral which belong to state not to him . So what actions i can initiate against him so i can recover my money or atleast i can register a fir against him at this is totally 420 and fraud. He gave everything on written in 100rs stamp and he said that he has the lease and he can sell this land or rented out. As i wasn't aware about such provisions.

You can lodge a FIR against them.. It is clearly matter of misleading information provided to you and its a fraud. But in this mattet your agreement is very important to study... That is important document before doing anything against him..
