Important matter , regarding caught cheating

Okay so today I was writing an exam . I finished writing exam then asked for the toilet whereby the teacher searched me and found me with some crip notes. So now they saying I was cheating when in actual fact I didn't use the notes at all to cheat. Now I'm in trouble and I don't know what to say because I really didn't use the notes. There is cameras in our classroom but apparently they don't work. I told the teacher that if they don't believe me that I didn't use them they can check the cameras

Yes sir you can told us the problem very properly donot worry there is no need to panic about caught during exam you can consult us we will tell you all the resolution about your problem we will provide our best knowledge to escape from this

cheating in exam. which exam were you appearing in. who caught you over there. what they told you after caughting you red handed. are they going to file a police complaint or they are going to prosecute you.
