The above sections are not relating grave offences. You have to declare any cases pending or judgements of your cases. If you are acquitted you can get Government job but in some disciplines selection committee may not approve your selection. In this case you have to approach court for justice

Sir,

Yes. A criminal case if pending against you, will affect your career. What is the current status of your case? The sections you have mentioned are compoundable i.e, can be settled with the party filing the case. An application for compounding the offenses shall be made before the same court where the trial in the case is in force. Once the offenses have been compounded, they shall have the same effect, as if, the accused has been acquitted of the charges. After you are acquitted from all the charges, you can apply for the govt job.

Compromise with other party only solution now. If it in investigation stage then you need to bend and get it settled amicable way. It is always better not to involve in such cases. Unknowingly people will get in to troubles then felt sorry.
