I'm in love with a girl since we are studying in our college times, Now We both are 20. Her Family found that she is in love. They Stopped Her education, they have gone through her mobile phones and started to view all of her messages and photos she kept in her phone, they have been house arresting her for the past 2 months. This problem has gone too far than we expected, if this gets even more serious, I want you lawyers to tell me in what ways and in how many ways they made crime and I want details like under which section or in how many ways I can file a case or go to the court against them if this gets even more serious in future.

Dear Client, The Girl is still under dependency of her parents and mere relationship of being loved cannot claim a legal right on her also you don't have any legal right towards filing a case against her parents. and court doesn't allow that considering her age and accusing her parents, so filing a case is not allowed. you are out of relationship claim. Thanks.
