.I'm Cheated By My Business Partner. How To File F.I.R Case On Him.

My business partner cheated me.he was ran away with 600000 Rs amount.i called to him but his mobile number was switched off.and went to his house his mother father is saying that he is not residing in this house from past 5 years.so suddenly I went to the police station filed a complaint against him.and police also refused to file F.I.R against him.please let me know what to do now.i have amount transferred proofs.. please let me know

hi, you have to register private complaint before court for registering FIR, then court will refer the case to concerned jurisdictional police station to register FIR, if court orders for registering FIR, then police cannot deny the same.

If you have a documentary evidence to prove your case then you can file PCR ( private criminal complaint registration) at Majistrate court by making police as respondents and request the Majistrate to direct the police to register the complaint and FIR against the wrong doer through your lawyer
