Sir meda I'm accused in pocso case nCase status for trail now but the victim girl likes she want marri me but that girl was minor what I do please sir help me

hi you could file quash petition in high court on tje ground that she is ready to marry you and that there would be no problem in future and finally pray to quash the FIR and any other sentence as mentioned in the FIR

hello, if you are a accused in a pocso case it's nature of offence is severe .it's punishable Under POCSO Act, 2012, maximum punishment of rigorous imprisonment for life can be given to an offender. if the girl is really wants to marry you . please wait until she become major. contact a good criminal lawyer.
