Illegal arrest done by police in the name of recovery of stolen gold

Police from different jurisdiction comes and arrests jewellery shop owners on the basis of fake FIR and then extorts money from the shop owners in the name of recovery of stolen gold items which according to them were sold by a third to the shop owners.

okay I understand your question so now police arrested julery shop owner with out his nowledge so you will take regular bail from court and relise him and youveill file it 482 quashing FIR at high court so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir, If it was fake FIR then you can challenge the same before concerned High Court. In the meanwhile get bail and see that your name has deleted from the charge sheet when it is filed. Normally, you will be charged under Section 411 of Indian Penal Code.
