If someone files false FIR what action can be taken against him

If someone has registered a fir against me(although false),1.does it mean that i can not be get into govt jobs ?2. will i be expelled from govt job? 3.tell me about lodging complain not fir just to inform that someone is insecured by other?
Making an alleged accused in the FIR does not mean that you are an accused in the criminal case. Only after trial the court deiced the case on merit. Till then you are an alleged accused.(i) You can govt jobs. (ii) No any Govt. department can terminate your services till the case is decided. Submit a complaint to the police station where the jurisdiction stands.

False FIR is one such thing or incident which is very common in India and generally courts and police agencies do not take much serious objection because already there are lakhs of pending cases in courts. But if somebody puts law in motion and tries to use rather it should be said that misuse machinery of law in wrong manner it is punishable . Section 182 and 211 have been provided for this purpose .

If the fir is false and y can substantiate it with proofs u have, u may proceed to file 482 petition before high court for quashing of fir. The fir may be quashed abd initially ur arrest may be stayed by court. Fir may hinder ur path to govt jobs. As u have to declare in forms the particulars of fir.
