I'm 16th i took groceries credit from a store, my mum health got bad and we don't have any money now , and the store person try to steal my phone and kick me throw me on ground they are saying i took credit so i have to pay even I'm 16 is there anything i can do I'm so sacred

There are two things here... 1. Store person tried to snatch your phone and manhandled you... 2. You have taken credit for groceries. Here are the solutions... 1. Approach the Police station and report this crime. They may get punished for this. 2. Groceries are considered essential element and you/your parents have to repay it even if you are 15 or 16 or 17.I see this that amount will be settled in the Police Station, as they might ask you take back the complaint. Just because you are a minor, the law doesn't shiled you when you buy groceries or any other essentials on credit.
