If father files FIR against court marriage of daughter, what to do

If i'll do court marriage then girl father have any FIR in local police. and girl with me and give her statement in police against his father then case or FIR cancel or not ? I want to know that if girl with me then i'm in trouble or safe ?
If girl is with you and she attend the age of majority and you have full confidence upon her, and she is ready to satetement before police and court so f.i.r not registered against you because you your not doing any crime and you can file protection petition also

no case will be registered against you unless and untill the girl gives statement against you to the police. if the father of the girl makes a complaint against you to the concerned police station, donot run away. my suggestions to you would be donot go for a court marriage, go for an arya samaj mandir marriage and later on get your marriage registered.
if you get any information regarding her father making a complaint against you with the police, without any delay you take your wife alongwith you and write an application to the concerned SHO wherein stating all the facts and informing about your marriage.
