If Bail is rejected in sessions court u/s 439 of crpc

11-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
If bail was rejected by the Sessions court under s.439 of CrPc, then what is the next step? Can the second bail application be filed in sessions court itself or will it have to be to high court?

Dear Sir

You can file second bail application on new grounds after few days. But it is better to file new application before High Court. Thus there will be no problem for you to bail on some conditions. Your case must be projected oroperly.
