You can file a criminal appeal before the sessions court and if there are no direct contentions in the FIR you can file a quashing petition in the high court. But it depends on the offences framed against you!

Suspension of Sentence and Bail Pending Appeal Once convicted, the person can file an appeal against the conviction. The Appellate Court (e.g., Sessions Court or High Court) has the power to: Suspend the execution of the sentence, and Release the convict on bail, pending disposal of the appeal. So, if the convict files an appeal and the appellate court finds reasonable grounds (e.g., arguable points, long trial duration, etc.), bail can be granted even after conviction.  During Trial (Before Conviction) If the person was on bail during trial and is convicted and sentenced up to 3 years, the court may sometimes extend bail for appeal immediately after pronouncing the sentence — provided: The offence is not very serious or heinous, The accused has cooperated during trial, The sentence is short-term (like 3 years or less).
