If a person is accused of attempt to murder then is it required for him to stay in jail during his trial in court?

No not necessary, what court orders are there, depends on situation. Without seeing documents it will be difficult to guide u properly and state anything. Request you to provide more details to guide you properly

It is totally depends on the chargesheet and case dairy which one prepared by the I.O and produce before the LD court and it is also evident that there is a possibility to temparing evidence by the accused.

Not at all the situations, but it discretionary power of the Court, or if the Charge sheet has been done against the said accused person before getting bail by the concerned court. and generally in attempt to murder case it is quite rare to face the trial on custody.
