i"am having affair with a woman who is married

i had an affair with a woman who has husband. now her husband got to know about it, he is demanding 1 lakh rupees so that he will not file FIR what should i do ?

it is extortion don't provide any money, adultery is no more offence under law , it's only ground for divorce, though there are chances to file false complaint and fir in a different way twisting facts through her wife in different ways, so approach any criminal advocate and discuss about case and take cautious steps.

do not pay any amount as its demand keep quite and record his words when he is calling you and when a compound given show the proof to police and they will take action against him so do it and they take action
