I what to know how the traffic police dont know about the theft

Its been 1 month my bike got theft from outside of my office. I filed an FIR to the nearest police station after that 1 got a call from ICCC they were saying they found my bike using traffic CCTV camera but cant recognise the person. So they were asking if i know them. But i dont know the person who were riding my bike.so i denied and day before yesterday a challan was done on my bike. As the thieve where riding my bike without the driving licence theives were stopped by the police and after giving the challan amount police let them go. And when i reached at the site where challan was done. The officer was saying they dont know about the theft

if you have any suspicion that the traffic police is involved in this theft or had received any gratification then u can file a complaint regarding this to the senior officers of police and if no action is taken then file a complaint in the court of ur areA.
