I was pulling hookah in Mumbai hookah parlour, and police arrested me and I was in jail for more than 3 months , the section were applied to me was 436, 285, 336 and I was on bail, the case started in. 2021 and I was granted bail after 3-4 months and now in 2025 I haven't appeared in court hearing as 11 hearing has been passed also I was not interested till now but now I would like to close these matter as it's been long and I want to close these case fully, Please send me an email or whatsappme

First and foremost you need to see whether any warrant has been issued against you since you have not been apppering the court for a long time. if it's the warranties you should against you need to get it cancelled there after proceed with the matter. once you a happy before the court obtain the chargesheet

You have to check the stage of the matter, and if the FIR has been lodged it has to be quashed or need to be get settled in lower court if it is compoundable, but need to attend the dates and be aware about the matter
