I was dating a girl for a while , after some time I stoped dating her . After sometime she started to threaten and blackmail me .I had all our chats , call records etc with me so I didn't repond to her threat . finally she filed a complient against me for rape and false marriage promise .the case got compremised in the police station and their demand was to clear all chats and records , And I did . Knowing that I have no evidence to prove my innocence , what if she files a complient again? What should I do? Will I get imprisoned ?

Did you get an endorsement from the police station that you both have compromised the case? If yes, that is sufficient to protect you. Did the police register an FIR or just a petition and closed it? If either of them was lodged then you can get those docs through rti
