I was called for investigation will be able to get police clearances

About a year ago Stole a couple of things from a wellness store. The very next day I received a call from Police station from Viman Nagar. They told me there was going to be an arrest and I had to come down for Investigation During the time I was very busy. Now its been about a year I am sure is Complaint which is of serious nature is still visible in The police recordsnMy question is will I be able to clear police verification for Visa purposes.

I think, yes, you will be able to clear your Police Verification for the Visa purpose, considering, if you have evaded from appearing before the Police during Preliminary Enquiry when a Police Complaint was registered, Police intentionally had not taken efforts to either arrest you or mark your presence for interrogation, considering, in their eyes, you were clean and not guilty at that point of time.
