I was a PhD student. Due to some differences and framedup issues I had to resign, led to complete mental harrassment. The claims or issues hasn't been verified yet or discussed with me formally. Even a consent wasn't asked from research unit when I resigned, it has been few months. nnHow could I handle this? I need some legal advice and whom should I be contacting. Should I mail my guide again to verify?

If you are being mistreated due to some concocted allegations then this must be clarified by the aggrieved to the concerned department as soon as possible. It should be in the form of representation made by the aggrieved and addressed to the concerned department. When not satisfied or have not received anything, in such a position this matter would reach a competent court of jurisdiction.
