You can give a complaint on rape since your consent was given to have sex on the promise made by him that he will marry you. Now he is refusing to marry you by referring his family people. He should not escape.

Good evening mam.. I can understand your situation... Yes u can get remedy by filling complaint against your boyfriend and by which you can able to get him marry.. But one thing is important that you have to hold all the proof that you had relationship with your boyfriend and what are conversation between them which will use to conform your affair.. If it is not working just adding their parents into the complaint that they are threatening you for your strong support.. Before started the procedure you just speak with you boyfriend finally to know his mindset and say that you are going to file a complaint against you.. Because this is your life you want to get him marry that'sy I m saying so you have to handle very carefull..
