I want to know what kind of legal action can be taken in my situation.
02-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I got married in 2014 with a guy who forcefully taken married to me at home in front of his friends. No marriage registration. After 1 month he got disappeared.
After that I had filed a criminal case on that guy and the case is pending since no trace of him.
After 2 yrs i got connected with another guy and his family they proposed for marriage. That guy knew about the past matter. He took me with him in Delhi from Kolkata for that i had to resign my job and started new job in Delhi. After staying for 1.5 yrs he cheated me and went back to his hometown. He and his family not contacting with me. He lied to me and took me to collar and gave a false return ticket and left me in the station. For that i couldn't got back to Delhi and join my work. I don't have any accommodation there and financially im not strong.
Now im in to depression getting medical treatment in kolkata
What can i do in this situation ?
Can i get any legal help?

If you have all address, parament , office then you can file another FIR at Delhi for cheating and but , if you file rape case after living 1.5 ys , court may not accept it , but if you file that he has taken away all jewellery and made theft of money 2.5 or any thing and fled away leaving you alone then it can be considered.
