I want to file case against my bf who had sex with me by making false promise of Marriage and now he refused to marry and I don't want my family to know about this case , this is possible?

if you want to file case against your boyfriend who had sex with you by making false promises of marriage and now he refused to marry with you then you can file a case against your boyfriend in various sections of IPC like 376, 420 etc .
