hi if she is ready to compromise the matter then you could file quash petition in high court alongwith the quash petition and then you could file quash petition in high court to quash the case and could obtain relief

Since Section 354D IPC (Stalking) is a non-compoundable offense, it cannot be withdrawn by mutual compromise directly in court. However, here’s how you can legally resolve the case and travel abroad: 1. File a Quashing Petition in the High Court (Best Option) Since your girlfriend is ready to compromise, you can file a petition under Section 482 CrPC in the High Court to quash the case. Your girlfriend must give an affidavit stating that she has no objection and that the case was due to a misunderstanding. If the court is convinced, the case will be quashed, and you will be free to travel. 2. Obtain Court Permission for Travel Since your case is in trial, you may have travel restrictions. File an application before the trial court seeking permission to travel abroad by showing your job offer/opportunity. If you have a clean record, the court may allow it. 3. Defend the Case in Trial If quashing isn’t possible, defend the case based on: No evidence of stalking (if she was in contact with you voluntarily). False allegations due to personal disputes (if her brother attacked you first). Next Steps Speak to a High Court Advocate – To file a quashing petition. Gather proof – Any messages, calls, or evidence showing you did not stalk her. Apply for Court Permission to Travel – If quashing takes time. Would you like help finding a High Court lawyer for the quashing petition?
