I want know how to file a case against harrasment.


21-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
4 years back my sister have a relationship with a guy in my village . Now their relationship was broken. When they are in relationship they took some photos . Some call recodings he have .nnow Present she getting mrg with another guy which is arranged by family.nNow he cancelled the match to showing that pictures . nNow we want complaint on this incident.nAnd he harrassed multiple times . And my sister have a threat from him . nNow I want to know how to proceed . How can i complaint.

Make a police complaint in near by police station by describing all the facts including the photos and pre marriage issues in detail. And also mention if any family of that that boy are involved in this threatening. For any further assistance please do contact us.

lodge a complaint under 420 and 506 of IPC. in the local PS. Also if u fall under the category of sc st .. can also file under the atrocities act. with infringing your privacy and leaking the pictures.
