I want know about act 325

A lady do a wrong fir against my 18 year brother and my father when he did fir that time my brother was 17 year now this case has enteted in court she harmed herself by her and he said that my bro and father did this

If the lady filed a false case against your brother and father then why did you not file any application before the higher police authorities to conduct the inquiry immediately in this regard? However if the charge sheet was filed in the Court and trial is being pending then you have to file application for declaring your brother Juvenile by filing his age proof and you also defend your case properly by engaging an Criminal Defense Lawyer.

The case of your brother will be proceed under the juvenile justice act , in cases of heinous crimes like rape the age of the juveniles is lowered to 16 years and in other cases the age is 28 years , the persons below the said ages will be tried under juvenile justice act

I think I have already answered this query earlier but anyways, your brother n father should apply for anticipatory bail and thereafter bring evidence before court that they are being falsely implicated. Better consult a local lawyer.

DEAR FRIEND, YOU NEED TO PROVE THAT THE WRONG FIR HAS BEEN REGISTERED AGAINST YOUR BROTHER AND FATHER. THE FIR CAN BE CANCELLED DURING THE INVESTIGATION BY POLICE IF FOUND TO BE FALSE. SIMILARLY YOU CAN ALSO FILE APPLICATION AGAINST THAT LADY TO THE POLICE TO REGISTER A CASE AGAINST HER FOR GETTING FALSE FIR REGISTERED AGAINST YOUR BROTHER AND FATHER, AND FOR OTHER OFFENCES.
