Is it necessary the accused to present personally or it can be done by its representative and if the complainant wants to withdraw the case accused need to take bail

In this case you have right to file the anticipatory will before the trial court for getting the bail. We advice not to appear physically before the court otherwise court can arrest you. After bail have right to appear and attend your trail.
