I need to check if LOC issued, is still valid in my name

Hi, I had a business partnership with a woman in Hyderabad, India during Covid, we dealt in PPE And had placed a huge order in Malaysia, where the agent took 20k USD and scammed us by Never sending us the goods. After a few months, she blamed me solely and indicted me wrongfully by filing a criminal case against me. She has used her dad's influence in media to issue a LOC against me. Although there's NO substantial evidence to support her case. Plz help me Check if the LOC is still valid?
Is there any Sufficient evidence there to look out circular. First you better have contact with the Bureau of Immigration Department to check whether it is still in activation or not . Immediately contact a lawyer and file a quashing petition in the High Court under section 482 of CrPC to cancel the LOC. File a Writ petition in the High Court under article 226 for quashing or cancellation of LOC. Unfortunately ordinary citizens cannot directly check the status of an LOC.

hi if there is any case pending caae against you then you could file quash petition as it is based on all false allegations and for knowing any pending LOC then you could write a letter to emabassy officials or passport authorities seeking any LOC details against you
