I need consultation. I want to recover money for an investment fraud.

I have invested a certain amount in a oris company which is like a bitcoin. They had appointed managers to handle everything. Now i have lost my money and they have done fraud with me. Now i want to recover my money, what can i do. What options do i have.

okay I understand your questions if you can make online transaction you can file money recovery suit at court and first send legal notice and file a suit case at court you can get money from through court with legal expainces and court fees also . thank you

Dear Sir, First, immediately lodge a criminal complaint/FIR with the jurisdictional police for offences such as cheating, criminal breach of trust and fraud under the IPC (Sections 406, 420, 120B, etc.). Provide all documents such as investment receipts, agreements, emails, WhatsApp chats, bank statements and details of the company and its managers. You may also file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Police if the transaction was online or digital.
