I meet a women 07 Jun 20 through Facebook. First personally meet 12 Jun 20 in a Hotel Room, 2nd meet in a hotel where I stay during my treatment in city, after some days a misunderstanding between us, I went my job place out side my state ,then she lodge a FIR under section 417/376/506/494 against me . About Girl she is divorced ( one side divorce) Age 36 Education : D.pharm About me Job central govt Separation with wife Age 36 In FIR she stated that I have meet with her Feb 20 I proposed to marry her Apr 20 I stayed hotel to false promise I threat her to kill her on 07 july 20 My answer (true fact) I know her from 07 Jun 20 I don't know her before 07 June 20 but she Falsely stated that I proposed her Apr 20 I stayed hotel her with her consent. I never threat her nor meet on 07 july20 After 07 July 20 she always massage and call me ,and gifted me I have call history and massage in record from 07 Jun 20 till now ,Sir Can I appeal for quashing FIR ..please sir help and suggest me
