Charged has been framed, case title state vs umesh etc, under section 471/488/37 etc need discharge and reinvestgation on the basis of new facts, I had already filed quashing in the high courts of Delhi ndoh is 28/06/25 with cmm

If the charges have already been framed by the District court that discharge option is already extinguished and if you want to drop the proceedings against you. the poper recourse will be to challenge the order in which charges has been framed as the previous filed quashing might become infructuous. Mind you: quashing can be done at any stage of the proceedings.
