I lose my 2 years of career who is the responsibility for this?

Now its 2024 year.lam 2022 passed out btech student.i have the backlog in my 3rd year 2nd semester that subject is java.i wrote this exam 6 times.now university send my results of dec 2023 java supply http://results.in this i find it shows '0' internal marks.thats why i failed even i wrote well in every attempt.where i have to complaint for this?im already inform to my college but they dont care about it. Please get the answer to my problem?please?

You haven't graduated yet because you have a backlog pending... Writing 6 times an exam normal thing in Engineering. My college faculty failed me in Java Lab( almost 12 years back) multiple times during my Engineering days... The only thing that you should be worrying about is your friends got graduated and you didn't and you have to approach a lawyer as soon as possible because by now the notification for April/May semester has either already arrived or shall arrive soon. The information you have provided isn't sufficient to guide you better. Your question is very broad. You have to disclose the University's grading system and the weightage system.. Only then your lawyer can help you better.
