I live in a colony provided by state government and a person illegally entered in a room in same block in which i live... And he is SC by caste, he and his family fights with us daily and says that if we do anything against them then they will file a case under SC/ST act against me and my family, as I'm a student I'm scared of getting involved in such things... So i need to know that what legal actions can i take against them... Under what section?

As a precautionary measure you should file an intallah peshbandi through a lawyer enunciating all these facts. This tantamount to criminal intimidation as well. Take assistance from a lawyer and get it properly drafted and filed

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either stop all these harassment or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to hire an expert advocate in this regard ! SC ST act sections are non-Bailable ! You need to do certain home work before u take any step n u need to do it expeditiously before opposite party implicate u in cause case Plz b in touch
