I like purchase and fake supply

Fir has been filed in seller and courier service provider, police is reluctant to proceed with investigation on the grounds that consumer court has already given judgement and cheating case FIR not to be proceeded, even though this FIR was made based on PCR. Kindly advice what should be next steps in fight against fake supplier and Agassi r courier services, especially when courier service is stubborn not to provide information about such fraud sellwr

you have not explained facts in details, if seller supplied the fake goods you can register the complaint, as you already filed the PCR before magistrate proceed according and get necessary order from the court or approach any criminal advocate with all documents for clear advice.

Dear Sir, Please discuss the matter with copy of judgment in person. Approach higher authorities like ACP and DCP or file an application before same Magistrate before whom you have filed PCR. You may approach your advocate for necessary actions and co-odinate with him.
