I have visited the spot and took pictures of the house along with the house no. and the tar road in front of it where the incident took place. To prove there are two CC cameras in front of the house which were suppressed by the complainant and it is tar road no chances of stones on it. There is no date stamp on the photos. Magistrate did not allow me to show the pictures to witness during cross and said that's ok bring that up during arguments. During arguments I cannot submit any new evidence how can I submit the photos to the court as proof.

you should have filed a certificate under 65 b of evidence act and cross examined him, you can produce them in defence evidence of you have to recall the witness by filing an application and then cross examination and get it marked in evidence.
