I have question from the deal lawyer whether I have to go on the hearing of the dates or not because I have received stay from high court

Hello... Aapko please proper information and exact dijiye... Kaisa stay?? Stay of arrest?? Stay hone k baad bhi aapko trial me present hona padega... kyuki stay se bas aap arrest ni honge...baaki aapka case to chalega hi... kindly call or text me for further information... Thank You...

it depends upon the nature and language of the said stay order. please share a copy of the order. Sometimes you say all the interim orders are stay order but it is not necessary. So, the order can be easily described after persuing it.
