I have organised event and trusted my friend said him to look after Book my show and paytm insider I was also in contact with them but my friend and book my show person has updated my friends bank details instead of mine later my friend even sold passes personally we got to know that later and filed complaint then we got to know about bank details and when I asked the book my show person to change the account and told about the complaint also he said we can't do it and there is no option but later after the payment was done to there account we got to know that we can change the bank details at any time can I take action against Book my show also

Dear Client, It is sad to hear your story. Do you have these conversations recorded anywhere in any form..? Even WhatsApp conversation works. If yes, then we do have a strong case else it is very hard to win the case because The opposite party will file a response stating you are making false allegations, Harassing them, trying to defame Book My show bla bla bla .. Any type of evidence works.
