Sir, pocso case is running now hearings in court continue but i trust the accused so I'm pregnant present 3months old daughter... with me I decide he is drinker so I can't live together .... my daughter and me seperate But I'm working yet +2discantinue Home maintenance daughter education maintenance.... Possible amount. Court judge is decide to gave monthly via bank account. . Is possible sir please tell me. ....

Yes, you are very much entitled to receive maintenance. There are various provisions where you can claim your right to maintenance and support, and courts are usually inclined to facilitate such financial arrangements on a month to month basis or such other means as it deems fit.
